1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jetbuz platform and all services under it. This platform is an online casino and sports betting service operated for adult users in Bangladesh. "jetbuz", "we", and "platform" refer to this site.

3 Account Security

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on jetbuz is ৳100 (one hundred taka). We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The same minimum limit applies to each payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). A successful withdrawal request generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. We reserve the right to complete a verification process before approving a withdrawal request.

4.3 Important Payment Guidelines

• Using the same payment method for deposits and withdrawals is not mandatory, but the use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• If there is a problem with any transaction, contact support within 24 hours.
• In the case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions, the account may be investigated or suspended.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000 or more you will receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each user may claim each offer only once.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is not possible unless separately stated in the terms.
• Bonuses apply only to valid and active accounts.
• If bonus abuse, strategic betting patterns, or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• jetbuz reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.

6 VIP Program Terms

The jetbuz VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP level progression depends on your active participation and activity on the platform. You must consistently maintain betting activity to reach higher levels. VIP benefits apply only to accounts that comply with the Terms. VIP status may be cancelled in the event of any fraudulent activity.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on jetbuz and will be considered a serious violation of the Terms:

• Any betting activity involving or on behalf of minors (under 21 years of age).
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Strategic or coordinated betting for the purpose of taking advantage of bonuses.
• Operating an account using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Harassing other users or attempting to cause harm to the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, jetbuz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and confiscate any balance without conducting an investigation.

8 Betting Rules and Dispute Resolution

8.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is finalised it cannot be changed. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, jetbuz will attempt to refund the original amount of that bet. jetbuz is not responsible for issues caused by internet connection disruption.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction or gaming result, first contact our support team via live chat or email ([email protected]). We generally review disputes within 48 hours. Server logs and game records are considered final evidence.

9 Limitation of Liability

jetbuz operates as an entertainment platform. We are not liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by problems with the user's internet connection or device.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access where the user themselves has disregarded security precautions.
• Force majeure events — service disruption due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
• Interruption to gameplay due to issues with a third-party game provider's servers.

Our maximum potential liability in any incident will be limited to the amount of the transaction involved in that incident.

10 Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any outstanding balance before closing the account. If the wagering requirement for a bonus has not been met, the bonus portion will be cancelled.

10.2 Closure at jetbuz's Initiative

In the event of a breach of the Terms, fraudulent activity, or a security risk, jetbuz reserves the right to close the account without prior notice. The return of any legitimate balance is subject to the circumstances.
